Ordering Custom Rifles
It seems these days we encounter
problems with orders or personnel with virtually every company we deal
from the fast food establishments to major suppliers. Aquila firearms
is committed to customer service and our top priority is to ensure
quality work in a timely fashion.
We have an established method of
ordering to ensure the custom rifle you requested is done exactly to
your specifications and in the specified time frame.
Placing an Order
Complete a Work Order
- If you are confident
about the rifle and options choices, complete a work order for the
style rifle you are wanting by clicking the link below, or print
the work order and send it to us via mail or fax. In
addition you can send us an
e-mail with the details of your order. After I receive the work order, I will call
you to
answer any questions and go over the options you have chosen to be sure there are
no misunderstandings.
If your not sure which rifle or options will fit your needs best, call or
e-mail me and I will make sure that you get the rifle you are
wanting. I will then complete the work order and send it to you.

Submitting an Order
Building a custom
rifle on your action – Send us your rifle with a copy of the
work order with your signature. (See
Shipping below) An e-mail from the
purchaser will constitute as a signature.
Building a custom
rifle on an Aquila supplied action - You can mail, e-mail or
fax the completed work order with your signature. An e-mail from the purchaser will constitute as a
signature.
After the work order
is submitted, I will advise on an estimated time of completion and
cost (see Payment Options below). We do our best to move jobs quickly but we are at the mercy
of the suppliers. There is usually a 6 week or more wait on
stocks and barrels.
Shipping
Shipping To Aquila
We prefer all rifles
to be shipped in a hard case.
Please do not address
it to Aquila Precision Firearms, address it to Aquila. No reason
to make it obvious that there is a gun inside the box.
Aquila is not
responsible for any damage to packages sent to us.
Shipping From Aquila
When your rifle
is nearing completion, I will notify you.
If Aquila built a
custom rifle on your action, I will return the rifle to the
address that it was shipped from.
If Aquila
provided the action, we can only ship it to an FFL dealer or it
can be picked up in person.
Shipping Charges
Unless otherwise requested by
the customer, rifles will be shipped via US mail at an approximate
rate of $25.00.
Payment Options
50% of
the total invoice is due at the time the order is submitted.
Please note, this is not a deposit as all sales are final once a
work order is signed and the parts are ordered.
Upon
completion of the rifle, Aquila will send you an invoice listing
all charges.
The
invoice balance must be paid before the completed rifle is
delivered.

All prices are subject to change.
Work Order prices are good for 30
days.
