the 10/22 rifle that we feel really makes a difference in the accuracy
and reliability. As with all of our services, we pay attention to the
detail of every operation performed to ensure the customer receives

your needs.
Aquila reworks the
factory trigger assembly so that it breaks clean at less than 3lbs. A
sear adjustment screw is added so that the trigger pull is
adjustable. If the shooter needs a trigger over travel adjustment
screw, it can be added.
A customer supplied or new factory Ruger bolt is
disassembled and remachined with a match headspacing, .44, and a rear
radius. The firing pin channel is pinned to prevent firing pin jump
and the protrusion is set at .40. A hardened and ground extractor
replaces the factory extractor.

The barrel bore and face is reamed
out and faced off to be in perfect alignment with the bolt channel.
The barrel is then threaded and screwed into the receiver, which
provides perfect alignment.
Chamber, crown and
thread a barrel blank. We use the range rod method to perform these
tasks. We feel it’s the only way to fully ensure that all machining
processes are perfectly aligned with the bore.
This is an
important process that can make a huge difference in the accuracy of
your rifle. However, if not done properly, the bedding process can
harm the accuracy. We take meticulous steps to ensure the receiver
and barrel is not stressed when tightened in the stock.

head screw function fine however, it is cheap looking. The screw
hole in the stock is bored out on a mill so it will accept a
machined bushing. The bushing placed in the milled out hole in the
stock and a stainless allen head screw is machine to fit the
bushing. The job leaves a very professional look to the rifle.
