Triggers
Shooters need an extremely reliable trigger that releases crisply,
without "creep" and inconsistency in pull pressure. Both require
predictable, positive adjustments for attaining trigger performance
tailored to a specific use. Our standard trigger is a Timney trigger
with a bolt release and safety. We also use Jewel triggers in some
of our rifles and as an upgrade feature in others. This component
can be the number one reason for inaccuracies.
Timney
We have used several triggers and have found these to be the most
consistent in regards to operation and fit/finish. Aluminum alloy
housing with machined and hardened steel work surfaces. Trigger is
adjustable from 1-1/2 to 4 lbs and offers a serrated 3/8" wide
trigger for better control. Adjustable for creep, overtravel and
backlash. Bolt can be operated with safety "ON". For use in right
hand actions only.
Jewel Trigger
The only thing to say about this trigger is, It’s as good as it
gets.
